Free gives you the whole product on the eleven sector ETFs. Big opens every covered stock and ETF. Plans differ in tickers and data timing, never in features.
3 days of Big, card required. Nothing is charged until day 4, and you can cancel any time before that in Settings. If you don't cancel, Big continues at its monthly price. We remind you in the app a day before. A new account without a trial stays on Free.
Market data is delayed 15 minutes on every plan, counted from when a trade is published. A trade reported late appears 15 minutes after its report. The chip in the app shows the delay and the time of the data. Alerts use the same data, so they carry the same delay, and each alert says when it happened and when it reached you.
Free and Big are delayed 15 minutes, counted from when a trade is published. Bigger is real time. The chip in the app always shows the delay and the time of the data, and alerts carry the same timing.

No. Every trade has a buyer and a seller, and trade reports don't say which side started it. BigTape never guesses, and nothing here is a recommendation to trade.
The whole product on the eleven sector ETFs: XLF, XLK, XLY, XLP, XLE, XLV, XLI, XLB, XLU, XLRE and XLC, delayed 15 minutes. Every feature is included, with one chart at a time, three alert rules in the app and replay of today. Other tickers, including the broad-market ETFs, come with Big. Free has no time limit.
Start it from the Big button or any upgrade prompt. You add a card first; nothing is charged for 3 days. On day 4 the plan starts at its monthly price unless you cancel before then in Settings, Plan and billing, which also shows the end date and what bills next. We remind you in the app 1 day before. Yes. Alerts use the same data as the chart, so they carry the same delay. Each alert shows when it happened and when it reached you, for example "Happened 10:42:07 ET · delivered 10:57:07 ET (data delayed 15 min)". Alerts can arrive late or not at all.
BigTape covers U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs. Trade history starts in January 2016, or on a ticker's first covered day if later. Each chart shows its own start month.
Ratings, Gamma Levels, options activity and the plain-language alert builder are still in testing. Each one carries an In testing label until it passes its accuracy checks. We don't publish dates for them.
Plans are for personal, non-professional use, one person per account. If you'd use BigTape for an employer or a business, or you work as a registered or licensed securities professional, contact us before you sign up.
