Prices are in preview, nothing is for sale yet, and no payment is taken. This page explains how prices, renewal, taxes, the trial and refunds will work, and canceling will never take more steps than signing up.

Every price shown on BigTape carries a Preview pricing label until prices are final. While it does, BigTape does not ask for card details or take payment.
Each plan's price, billing period and what it includes are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay. Free costs nothing and has no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly; there is no yearly billing.
Plans differ in which tickers they cover and in data timing, never in features. Free covers the eleven sector ETFs; Big covers every covered stock and ETF; both are delayed 15 minutes. Bigger is everything in Big, without the delay, and is offered only once real-time display is licensed. Each plan states its data timing, such as “Market data delayed 15 minutes.”, and that it is “For personal, non-professional use.”
If a price changes, we tell you before the change applies to your plan. A new price starts at your next renewal, never partway through a period you have paid for.
Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Checkout shows the renewal date and price before you pay, and your account page shows them at any time. If a payment fails, your plan stays on while we retry the card, and we tell you in the app how to update it.
Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes unless checkout says so. Any tax due depends on your location and is shown at checkout before you pay.
You can try Big, or Bigger once it is offered, for 3 days, once per account. You choose which. A card is required to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the 3 days. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts at its monthly price and your card is charged, unless you cancel before then. Settings, Plan and billing shows the end date and what bills next, with a cancel button. We remind you in the app 1 day before the trial ends, and by email. A new account that does not start a trial stays on Free. If you cancel, the trial runs to its end, nothing is charged and you move to Free.
The refund terms are published on this page before checkout opens, and they apply to every purchase made after that. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If BigTape closes your account when you have not broken the Terms of service, we refund any paid time you have not used.
Canceling takes no more steps than signing up. You can cancel online in Settings at any time, without calling, emailing or chatting with anyone. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to Free. You can keep using Free, or delete your account in Settings.
